A little about me… I began my life coaching journey in the Spring of 2016. For 20 years prior, I had owned successful bars, nightclubs, event spaces and run large annual events. During my nightclub days, I made connections with thousands of people, partied with celebrities and made plenty of money, but each year it wore thinner and thinner on my physical and mental health. I was on the hamster wheel doing something I was great at, but something that was slowly killing me. I found myself sliding into a deep depression. I knew something had to change. I knew there was more to life, but I didn’t know what.
At this breaking point, I started to ask the question hard enough, “Why am I really here?” For years I had been searching for a deeper meaning to life. I had always been interested in psychology and self development. I had read countless books and taken many courses, but for some reason my life purpose still hadn’t “clicked” into place.
In 2016, I finally took the plunge and began a Life Coach apprenticeship under Carl Massy, ex-army major, Olympic Game consultant, NLP master, Reiki master, Hypnotherapist and 20 year Life Coach and Strategist. It was possibly one of the hardest challenges of my life. I completed my apprenticeship in 2 years, in what should’ve taken me just 1 year. Finally, in January 2019, Carl handed me my accreditation certificate and since then I have impacted and powerfully transformed the lives of trauma victims and people looking for spiritual healing, guidance and direction in their lives.
I am now practising as a Spiritual Life Coach and my daily focus is on studying the famous spiritual text “A Course In Miracles”, which has been studied by many of the greatest spiritual leaders today, including Eckart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Marianne Willamson, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Alan Cohen and Carol Howe.
I believe I am here to help others find their dharmic path through cultivating a powerful mind, body and spiritual practise. I believe you need all 3 to live a truly happy and fulfilling life.
Changing careers and discovering my own dharmic path was one of the biggest challenges, but one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made. My days are now filled with serving others and living in complete alignment with my higher self. I hope to be able to guide you on your own hero’s journey soon!
